How it works
How your airport pickup works
- 1Book and pay online. Choose your airport, destination, date and vehicle; pay by card and receive a PDF voucher by email.
- 2We track your flight. Send us your flight number. If it lands late, we adjust the pickup at no charge.
- 3Driver's details the day before. We send the driver's name, the vehicle plate and a 24/7 contact the day before you travel.
- 4Meet at arrivals. Your driver waits just outside the terminal exit holding a sign with your name, at any hour of the day or night.

We pick you up at your hotel and take you to the departures area. Plan to be at the airport about 3 hours before an international flight; tell us your flight time and we set the pickup time for you. Prices are the same in both directions.

We track your flight, and if it lands late we adjust the pickup at no charge.
Do you pick up late at night?
Yes. We work 24 hours a day with no night surcharge, at both SJO and Liberia airports.
Where do we meet the driver?
Just outside the terminal exit, after customs. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name.
Are child seats included?
Yes, child seats are free on request. Tell us the children's ages when you book.
How do I pay?
Online by card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) in US dollars on Tilopay's secure page. You get a PDF voucher by email.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup.
