Private shuttle in Costa Rica: frequent questions
How far ahead do I need to book?
Book as early as you can, especially in high season (December to April). Online booking works with as little as 12 hours' notice; for a trip sooner than that, message us on WhatsApp and we check availability. Trips from December 15 to 31 are booked on WhatsApp only because of high-season demand.
Can I book several transfers at once?
Yes. Add every leg of your trip in our booking form, for example airport to La Fortuna, then La Fortuna to Monteverde, and pay once.
Which vehicles do you use?
Hyundai Staria for 1 to 5 passengers, Toyota Hiace for 6 to 9 and Maxus for 10 to 12, each with room for one large bag per passenger.
Do you cover the whole country?
We drive to 53 destinations, from the beaches of Guanacaste and the Nicoya Peninsula to the Caribbean, the Central Pacific and the south.
