We collect you at your hotel in La Cruz or on the coast of Bahía Salinas and Costa Elena. Some coastal properties are reached by rural roads that may be gravel; send us the location. From the coast the road climbs to La Cruz and the Inter-American Highway, south to Liberia.
This is a short airport run through ranch country beneath the volcanoes: the local road from your lodge or hotel to the highway, a stretch on Route 1 to Liberia and then the road out to the terminal.

How long is the drive from La Cruz to Liberia airport?

What time will you pick us up for our flight?
We set it from your flight time: 3 hours at the airport before an international departure, plus the drive and a margin for the road. A flight at 2:30 p.m., for instance, means a pickup at about 10:00 a.m.; the exact time comes with your confirmation.

We collect at addresses in Costa Rica. Tell us your expected crossing time and where you will be in La Cruz, and we coordinate the pickup with you.
How do payment and cancellation work?
You pay online by Visa, Mastercard or American Express on Tilopay's secure page; SINPE Móvil or a bank transfer can be arranged on WhatsApp. Cancel up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Within 48 hours there is no refund, except for a flight cancellation documented by the airline.
